Cast-in-Situ & Pre-cast Pile

পাইল এর প্রকারভেদ (Classification of Pile):
পাইল প্রধানত তিন প্রকার। যথা :

1. ব্যবহার অনুযায়ী (According to usage)
2. নির্মাণ সামগ্রী অনুযায়ী (According to Materials and Composition)
3. নির্মাণ পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী  (According to Materials and Construction)

ক) ব্যবহার অনুযায়ী পাইল এর প্রকারভেদ :

1. ভারবাহী বা বিয়ারিং পাইল  (Bearing Pile)
2. ঘর্ষণ বা ফ্রিকশন পাইল  (Friction Pile)
3. শিট পাইল (Sheet Pile)
4. নোঙ্গর বা এংকর পাইল (Anchor Pile)
5. ব্যাটার পাইল (Batter Pile)
6. ফেন্ডার পাইল (Fender Pile)
7. কম্প্যাকশন পাইল (Compaction Pile)

খ) নির্মাণ সামগ্রী অনুযায়ী পাইল এর প্রকারভেদ :

1. Timber Pile
2. Concrete Pile

                a) Driven Pile, b) Bored Pile
3. Composite Pile
4. Steel Pile
5. Sand Pile
6. Wrought Iron Pile
7. Cast Iron Pile

গ) নির্মাণ পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী পাইল এর প্রকারভেদ :

1. Pre-cast Pile
2. Cast-in-Situ Pile
